- Bid price score: PPPFA 80/20; BBBEE 10 points; Specific goals 10 points.
- Non-refundable bid document fee: R300.00.
- Bid submissions in sealed envelopes clearly marked with bid number and project name; deposit in the bid box by 12:00 on closing date.
- Bids will be opened in public.
- Bid validity: 122 days.
