## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a panel of service providers for food safety testing of cultured fish for a period of thirty-six (36) months.** Open to laboratories with ISO 17025 accreditation (South African or ILAC-equivalent), with testing scope including veterinary residues, environmental contaminants, biotoxins, microbiologicals, radioactive substances, and other parameters as required. Bidders must be on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), have tax matters in order, and be able to provide CA Certificates, turnaround times, and a detailed price per parameter.

#### Requirements
- ISO 17025 accreditation for SA laboratories or ILAC-recognized international labs; scope must cover relevant analytical methods.  
- Demonstrated experience in food safety testing of aquatic products; capability to test cultured fish (finfish/shellfish).  
- Detailed price list per parameter/test group and documented turnaround times.  
- Evidence of compliance with CSD and tax requirements; VAT status as applicable; SBDs completed (e.g., SBD 6.1).  
- Capability to issue Certificates of Analysis with LoD/LoQ and deliver within project timelines; adherence to AMFFSP laboratory responsibilities and sample storage requirements.
