## Summary

**Appointment of a panel of service providers for plant, equipment and specialized vehicle hire for a period of 36 months.** Open to bidders with capacity to supply plant, equipment and specialized vehicles, and who can comply with MFMA SCM requirements, tax and verification processes, and relevant certifications.

#### Requirements
- Copy of SARS Tax Compliance PIN (Compulsory)
- Copy of current municipal account (not older than 3 months and not in arrears >3 months) or valid lease/trial authority letter if in an unproclaimed area (Compulsory)
- Valid CSD summary report (Compulsory)
- All relevant forms completed in full (MBD3.1, Form of Offer, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, Resolution of Board of Directors) (Compulsory)
- Fraud prevention: documents will be screened; forged or false documents lead to disqualification and potential penalties (see attached tender documents)
