## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a panel of service providers to submit proposals for financial resource mobilisation and revenue enhancement initiatives for Ditsong: Museums of South Africa (DMSA) for 36 months.** Bidders should be suitably qualified consultants/fundraisers with public-sector resource mobilisation experience (Art & Culture, Heritage, Tourism, Agriculture/Agro-processing), capable of developing bankable plans, identifying funders, and managing implementation. The team must include a SAQA NQF Level 7-qualified Finance lead and at least three qualified professionals.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in resource mobilisation for public-sector/heritage sectors with reference letters.  
- Project Team Leader: SAQA-accredited NQF Level 7 in Finance or related field, 3+ years’ experience.  
- Minimum project team: >=3 members, each with NQF Level 7 bachelor’s degree in Law, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related fields, with 3+ years’ relevant experience each.  
- Ability to develop bankable business plans/proposals; provide CVs and qualifications.  
- Proposals must include a funding model and an 10–15% cost recoverable finance structure; 10–15% of the funding value.  
- Prior experience in resource mobilisation for Art & Culture, Heritage, Agriculture/Agro-processing, Tourism; provide 3+ references.  
- If forming a Consortium/JV, provide roles, governance, organogram, and member details.  
- Supporting documents: company profile, CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, VAT status where applicable, original authority/resolution, at least 3 recent reference letters.  
- Packaging: separate technical and financial bids (two-envelope). USB memory stick with soft copies.
