**APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE DELIVERY AND CONSTRUCTION OF ALTERNATIVE SANITATION TECHNOLOGY FOR UPGRADING OF INFORMAL SETTLEMENTS AND BUCKET ERADICATION PROGRAMME IN MANGAUNG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY.** This tender targets professional engineers with CIDB grading 6CE/5CE or higher (PE or Higher) and related sanitation/construction service providers to deliver and construct alternative sanitation solutions under Mangaung’s bucket eradication programme.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 6CE/5CE or higher (PE or higher).
- Intern/learnership commitment: 1% of contract value set aside for employment of interns/learnerships.
- Evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals.
