**Appointment of a panel of service providers to provide structural civil, plumbing, construction and maintenance services for municipal buildings as and when required, for 36 months.** Eligible bidders are reputable service providers with CIDB grading 6 CE PE/6 GB PE/6 EP PE or higher, and demonstrated capacity in municipal building works, in compliance with the VAT Act.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 6 CE PE / 6 GB PE / 6 EP PE or higher.  
- Compliance with the VAT Act.  
- Proven experience in structural civil, plumbing, construction and maintenance works for municipal buildings.  
- Evaluation uses 80/20 price/preference (80 price, 20 Msukaligwa designated goals) per policy.
