- Compliance with PPPFA Regulations (80/20 or 90/10) and ability to claim specific goals.
- Complete and submit official forms (MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.2) and Pricing Schedule, plus supporting documents (company reg., municipal accounts, lab clearance, vehicle ownership, roadworthiness).
- No bids from persons in the service of the state.
