**Procurement of a panel of service providers for the supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Traffic, Traffic Technical, Law Enforcement, Fire and Rescue over 36 months.** Emalahleni Local Municipality invites PPE suppliers with public-sector procurement experience and compliance capabilities to bid on an as-and-when-required panel.

- Must comply with Emalahleni SCM Policy and Preferential Procurement Regulations (2022): 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals.
- Preferential targets: up to 15 points for HDP-owned status (5 points for 100% black ownership, 5 for at least 30% women ownership, 2.5 for at least 30% youth ownership, 2.5 for at least 30% disability ownership); up to 5 points for implementing local-area RDP programmes (EME).
