## Summary

#### Overview
**RBIDZ invites proposals for two tenders: (1) Appointment of a service provider for the implementation, administration and support services to the RBIDZ Labour Desk for 24 months; (2) Appointment of a panel of service providers to conduct due diligence on RBIDZ investor projects.** Targeted bidders are B-BBEE compliant enterprises; Level 1–4 for the Labour Desk tender and Level 1–3 for the due-diligence panel (as per the tender docs). 

#### Requirements
- Minimum functionality: 75% (MO/ADM/512/25); 65% (MO/ADM/515/25). 
- Targeted B-BBEE status: Labour Desk (Level 1–4); Due Diligence Panel (Level 1–3). 
- Tender documents collection: 19 May 2026 to 02 June 2026 (see documents). 
- Closing date and time: 19 June 2026 at 12:00. 
- Evaluation: compliance, functionality, then price and preference on an 80/20 split; non-compliant functionality leads to disqualification. 
- Tender documents emailed after payment of the non-refundable R500 fee (payment details below). 
- Submission must be in a sealed envelope, endorsed with the contract number, and deposited in the RBIDZ Tender Box (4 Harbour Arterial, Alton, Richards Bay) by 12:00 on 19 June 2026; no electronic submissions accepted. 
- RBIDZ reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
