**Procurement of a panel of three service providers to supply, deliver and off-load groceries and toiletries for social relief during disaster incidents, for a period of three years as and when the need arises.** Bidders should be capable of supplying groceries and toiletries with delivery/off-loading capacity and must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
