**Procurement of a panel of water tanker service providers to supply and deliver potable water during water interruptions at the South African Nursing Council for five years.** Eligible bidders are water tanker operators with capacity to deliver potable water, comply with SANS/health standards, have licensed tanker vehicles, and meet tax, CIDB/CSD, and B-BBEE requirements.

#### Requirements

- Pre-qualifications: proof of B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit) and thresholds; three government/public entity reference letters for water tanker work (not older than 5 years).
- Safety/quality: water meeting SANS/health regulations; licensed water tanker vehicles; proper hygiene, sanitisation, and a centrifugal pump capable of lifting water to rooftop reservoir (up to 30 m).
- Operational: 24-hour response to call-outs; emergencies within 2 hours; confidentiality agreement as required.
- Documentation: complete and sign mandatory forms; letter of good standing from Department of Labour (COID); proof of CSD/TAX status for each party in consortia/joint ventures; attendance at compulsory site briefing (attend and submit attendance certificate).
- Evaluation/requirements: PPPFA 80/20 framework; specific goals verification (HDI-based ownership: black ownership, black women ownership, black youth ownership, disability ownership).
