**SALGA seeks to appoint a panel service provider to render catering services for a period of 24 months.** Bidders should be experienced catering suppliers (minimum 3 years) with required health and business certifications, able to serve SALGA National Office in Pretoria and SALGA Gauteng Office in Johannesburg, and submit responses via SALGA’s SCM Supplyflow Portal by 25 September 2026 at 11:00. #### Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ catering experience; at least three contactable references with contracts and scale.
- Valid Certificate of Acceptability (COA) for the kitchen; COA validation will be checked during site inspection.
- Company profile plus COA annexes; Completed SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 3.3, SBD 6.1.
- Registration on CSD; SARS Tax Compliance PIN (or TCS) and BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit).
- Kitchen location within 100 m – 25 km of SALGA offices; no sub-contracting; adherence to health and hygiene standards; high service and staff presentation standards.
- Proposals must include a detailed response, including Annexure 7.1 (Company profile) and Annexure 7.2 (COA).
