- Deliverables and timelines: 12 weeks from award; verify per site within 22 working days; final results within 10 working days after site conclusion; additional 10 working days on request; weekly status reports; final per-site Excel and hardcopy reports; asset management plan; process/resources proposal.
- Compliance: complete SBD forms, CSD registration, tax compliance (PIN/TCS); 90-day bid validity; no blacklisted entities; no state-employees or related conflicts.
