## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a production company to manage and implement all production services for SAFTAs20 (Craft Awards, Red Carpet, Main Awards) including pre/post production, live-to-air multi-camera broadcast and social media content.** Bidders should have proven live-event and large-scale awards production experience, strong project management, ability to meet broadcast specifications (SABC/Mzansi Magic) and to deliver within Gauteng venues and a budget, plus capability to meet BBBEE and SCM/compliance requirements.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in live-to-air awards production and team with CVs; provide client references.
- Administrative/compliance documents: proof of CSD registration, original Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT status if applicable.
- Standard bidding documents completed and signed: SBD 1, SBD 2 (Tax clearance), SBD 3.3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9. (Document names shown in the tender; see (RFT05 2026-2027 SAFTAs PRODUCTION.pdf)).
- Certified copies of company registration, change of name (if any), register of directors and current address; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD proof for JV parties if applicable.
- In case of JV/consortium, resolutions authorising signatories and inter-party agreements.
- Pricing must be provided via the official Pricing Schedule and include VAT, allowances, and a complete budget outline.
- NFVF reserves rights on award, scope, and joint-venture/empowerment considerations.

#### How to Apply
- Deadline: 14 October 2026 at 11:00; bid validity 120 days.
- Submission: two-envelope system (Envelope A – technical, Envelope B – financial) with one original, a copy, and a USB; deposited in the NFVF Bid Box at 87 Central Street, Houghton. Electronic submission is also noted as accepted in the metadata.
