#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale AV and live streaming events, especially multi-site broadcasts.
- Licensed drone operators and compliance with aviation regulations; drone footage capability.
- Sufficient equipment capacity (two 70" LCD screens at each venue for seven venues + one large LED screen at the main venue; video switchers, cabling, distribution, backup power, internet).
- Ability to integrate AV with PA systems provided by others and ensure synchronized, clear audio across venues.
- Qualified personnel and CVs/certifications for key staff (sound engineers, live streaming specialists, drone operator, videographer/photographer).
- Evidence of recent public-sector AV/live streaming work (appoint letters or reference letters); compliance with municipal rates/taxes and relevant registrations (TCS, CSD, BBBEE).
- Commitment to event date (26 June 2026) and post-event deliverables within 14–21 days.
