**Procurement of Specialist Electrical Engineering Services to compile a Detailed Electricity and ICT Scheme Report for the MMSEZ North Site.** Bidders should be Electrical Engineering service providers with ECSA-registered professionals, capable of HV bulk electrical design and ICT infrastructure, and able to meet ownership, insurance, and pre-qualification requirements.

#### Requirements
- The service provider must be an Electrical Engineering business under the supervision of registered professionals (51% owned/controlled by such professionals). Lead lead must be a registered Electrical Engineer (Pr. Eng) with substantial Bulk Electrical (Heavy Current) experience.
- Key personnel: at least one Lead Electrical Engineer (Pr. Eng) with 15+ years post-qualification HV experience; three additional qualified engineers/technologists (all ECSA-registered) with relevant HV and ICT experience; CVs and organogram required.
- Documentation: proof of current professional registration (ECSA), CSD registration, tax compliance PIN (or SARS tax clearance), VAT if applicable; evidence of professional indemnity insurance (min twice the contract amount).
- Experience requirements: demonstrated projects in Bulk Electrical and ICT infrastructure; minimum project references (with LOA/PO and client satisfaction/reference letters) and company profile showing 10+ years in Bulk Electrical Engineering.
- Additional: returnable documents as listed (ownership, project particulars, declarations, board/JV resolutions if applicable, Independent Bid Determination, Preference Points forms, pricing schedules); compliance with CIDB standards and the SBD forms.
