## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a Professional Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) to conduct the Waste Management Licence renewal application.** This RFQ targets environmental professionals (EAPs) registered with EAPASA, plus required cross-disciplinary skills (e.g., a Land Surveyor registered with SAGC), to manage NEMA/NEM: WA/EIA-regulated public participation and submission for Msunduzi’s New England Road Landfill WML renewal. Suitable bidders should have recent EIA experience, air-space assessments, and topographic survey capability. (see Q12-1380 OF 26/27)

#### Requirements
- Environmental Specialist must be professionally registered with EAPASA and have at least 5 years’ relevant experience; include detailed CVs and certificates.  
- Land Surveyor must be registered with SAGC with at least 3 years’ relevant experience; include CVs and certificates.  
- Proven track record: at least 2 completed EIA applications and at least 5 air-space evaluations/assessments with supporting topographic surveys.  
- Ability to conduct air-space calculations, prepare the WML renewal application and manage public participation processes, and submit comments to the regulatory authority.  
- Compliance documents: Tax Clearance, SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD registration, and B-BBEE proof for preference points.  
- Price must be VAT-inclusive; adherence to GCC 2015/CIDB where applicable; attends mandatory contract and data-sheet requirements.  
- Contract period: 6 months from appointment; delivery at New England Road Landfill Site.
