**Procurement of a professional pest control operator/supplier for a once-off supply and installation of rodent bait stations at Western Cape SAPO facilities (Cape Mail, Kenilworth, Vredenburg, Maitland, Worcester, Clareinch, Wellington, Heidelberg, Hermanus).** Eligible bidders are pest-control service providers with a Certificate of Competency for structural pest control (AgriSETA), and must meet SAPO’s compliance requirements (tax, CSD, BBBEE), plus SBD forms and related documents.

#### Requirements
- Certificate of Competency for structural pest control (AgriSETA)
- Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COIDA) proof
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; valid Tax Compliance status
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and MAAA number
- Complete and submit SBD1, SBD4, Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, Certificate of Acquaintance with Bid Documents
- Annexure BR (client reference) and Annexure F1 (Pricing Schedule/BOQ)
- BBBEE documentation (SANAS-accredited certificate, or sworn affidavit, or DTI BBBEE certificate) and consortium/ JV where applicable
- Site visit (Phase 0) is compulsory; adhere to specified evaluation and conditions
- Compliance with SAPO/SAPCA standards and relevant pest-control regulations
- Pricing in ZAR, VAT inclusive; pricing may require 15% VAT specification
