#### Overview
**Appointment of a professional service provider to undertake Phase 2 and 3 – Module 1: Pre-feasibility Study for the Middle Letaba Water Development Project (MLWDP) over 15 months.** Bidders should have capability in water-resources planning, hydrology, environmental studies, GIS and stakeholder engagement, and be able to deliver inception and pre-feasibility reports and related outputs to the Department of Water and Sanitation.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in water-resource pre-feasibility studies of similar scope.
- Ability to deliver Inception, Pre-feasibility, main reports, and related deliverables, including a GIS package, in MS Office formats and PDF.
- Include an External Specialist Reviewer in the financial proposal and manage related procurement/payments.
- Develop a detailed MS Project-based study programme with a defined critical path.
- Comply with open-tender rules, online submission via the E-Tender portal, and provide Standard Bidding Documents, Technical Proposal, and Financial Proposal with required cost breakdowns (including VAT, cash flow, and professional-fee breakdown); no provisional sums.
