**Appointment of a Professional Service Provider/s to conduct organisation-wide job analysis and evaluation for DBSA (≈500 jobs) with ad hoc grading over a five-year contract.** The RFP invites HR consulting firms with REMeasure expertise to deliver Phase 1 (12 months) and Phase 2 on-demand services, engaging at executive level and conforming to governance, confidentiality and data protection (POPIA/PFMA).
