**The VOCMA (Vaal-Orange Catchment Management Agency) invites a professional service provider to review and optimise its organisational structure, priority positions, funding model and related policies.** The assignment targets Organisational Development/Organisational Design consultants with public-sector experience to deliver a current-state diagnostic, a future-state design, staffing prioritisation, a funding/affordability model, policy governance updates, and an implementation roadmap (Org Structure Review and Optimisation.pdf). #### Requirements
- Proven OD/organisational design experience in the public sector.
- Ability to deliver the full scope: diagnostic, future-state structure, priority positions, job evaluation/establishment review, funding and affordability model, policy/governance review, stakeholder engagement, and implementation roadmap (see Org Structure Review and Optimisation.pdf).
- Change management and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Compliance with PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and governance standards.
- Availability to commence and complete within about 4 months.
- Tax and supplier compliance requirements: SARS PIN, Tax Compliance Status, CSD number, central supplier/database registration, and BBEE documentation (SBDs and related forms).
