- Deliverables include a 24/7 toll-free hotline with 11 official languages, secure CMS, two secure emails, monthly reports (PDF/Excel), data security/POPIA compliance, DR/BCP, and retention obligations.
- Compliance/returnables: complete Pricing Schedule; SBD1, SBD4 & SBD6.1; BBBEE Sworn Affidavit or SANAS certificate; CSD Registration; SARS Tax Compliance PIN; authority documentation.
- Evaluation: 80 points for price and 20 for specific BBBEE goals; minimum 50/80 functional threshold; BBEE scoring as per annexures.
