**Appointment of a professional service provider to provide a conflict of interest and SCM data verification system for a period of three (3) years.** The system will be online, web-based, and used to verify conflicts of interest and SCM data, including director/shareholder vetting, against statutory databases. Suitable bidders are IT/information management firms with SCM governance experience, professional indemnity insurance, and capability to deliver a 36-month implementation and operation.

#### Requirements
- Project Leader: National Diploma (NQF6) or Bachelor’s in IT/IS/CS/Software; IITPSA or ICITP member; 3+ years in similar projects.
- Project Support: same degree scope; minimum 3 years in similar projects.
- Company experience: professional data management registration (e.g., DAMA) and minimum 3 years in similar projects; professional indemnity insurance min R500,000 per claim.
- Compliance: POPI consent, tax clearance/TCS status, CSD registration if no TCS, and separate TCS for consortia/sub-contractors.
- Deliverables include setup of online verification, reporting templates, director/profile views, bulk verification, and audit reports.
- Insurance: PI insurance min R500k per claim; copyright of project documents vested in Nkangala DM.
