#### Requirements
- Demonstrated company experience: minimum of three Snake Awareness/Snake Handling training projects or three reference letters (Annexure A or client letters).
- Accreditation: registration or accreditation with a recognized wildlife, environmental, or first-aid regulatory body; proof required.
- Personnel: 
  - Snake Trainer/Facilitator: ≥5 years’ experience with wild snakes; certified in Snake Handling, Venomous Snake Management, and Snakebite First Aid; CVs/credentials required.
  - Snake Advisory Specialist: ≥5–10 years in herpetology/wildlife management with workplace snake risk assessment experience; CVs/credentials required.
- Training materials and certificates: provider must supply training materials; certificates issued on completion.
- Delivery modalities and welfare: training in English; live handling must follow strict animal welfare standards; delivery may be in-person, online (awareness only), or hybrid.
- Scope and deliverables: deliver all training components and Site-specific hazard induction; TCTA will provide training dates.
- Returnables: Annexure A or three reference letters; CVs for proposed personnel; proof of accreditations; fully completed pricing schedule; BBBEE documentation.
