## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a multidisciplinary professional service provider to undertake a bankable feasibility study for the Limpopo Sport High Performance Centre.** Target bidders are PSPs in built environment disciplines (engineering, architecture, QS, safety, etc.) with CIDB eligibility and registered professionals. Compulsory briefing: 20 Aug 2026, 11:00 at IDT, Polokwane. Closing: 09 Sep 2026 (12:00) per the bid documents. Electronic submission accepted; but bids are in a single envelope with an original hard copy and a USB copy (see attached Bid Documents).

#### Requirements
- Professional registrations in relevant disciplines (per the disciplinary table; ECSA, SACAP, SACQSP, SACNASP, etc.) and at least one director actively registered. 
- CIDB Build environment eligibility; CSD registration; COIDA or FEMA; tax clearance; certified IDs; proof of address; PI insurance min R5 million.
- Complete SBD forms (SBD 1, 4, 6.1) and record addenda if applicable.
- Experience in feasibility studies; provide project experience letters and client completion certificates.
- Compliance with the panel or open-tender rights and confidentiality/conflict-of-interest policies.
