#### Overview
**DBSA invites proposals from qualified professional service providers to plan, design, monitor and complete the Lurhwayizo SSS project in the Eastern Cape.** Bidders should hold relevant professional registrations (e.g., architects, engineers, project management) and CIDB registration, and comply with DBSA requirements for Professional Service Providers as outlined in the tender documents.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration and compliance with DBSA PSP prerequisites.
- Professional registrations and qualifications in relevant disciplines with CVs and supporting documents (Annexure A).
- Demonstrated experience in planning, design, monitoring and completion of school infrastructure projects (FIDPM stages 1–7).
- Ability to develop and implement Health & Safety baseline requirements, risk assessments and Health & Safety Plan per Construction Regulations and OHS Act.
- Compliance with DBSA procurement rules and ability to provide all mandatory returnable documents (Annexures A–M, including SBDs, CSDG, CIDB contract, tax clearance, BBBEE, and CIPC documents).
