#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 4ME or higher; mandatory.  
- Mandatory compliance: valid liability insurance and COIDA; tax clearance; optional B-BBEE verification.  
- Qualifications: certified technicians/artisans (e.g., N6 minimum or equivalent; minimum 5 years for technicians; account manager with at least NQF 7).  
- Capability: maintenance across multiple locations; 24/7 emergency/after-hours support; use OEM/approved spares; detailed service reporting and documentation.
