## Summary

#### Overview
**The Rustenburg Local Municipality invites bids from qualified service providers for the data management and maintenance of the Rustenburg Air Quality Monitoring Network for 36 months.** Bidders should have ambient air quality data management/maintenance experience, relevant engineering/scientific qualifications, and compliance with SA tax, CSD and CIDB requirements where applicable. The contract covers data handling, remote/system checks, site maintenance, calibration support, and monthly/annual reporting for air-quality monitoring at sites in Marikana, Boitekong and Tlhabane. #### Requirements
- Demonstrated ambient air quality data management and maintenance experience (appointment letters and reference letters).
- Project Manager with Environmental Sciences/Management or related qualification and 7+ years AQ data management experience; attach CVs and qualifications.
- Technicians with 5+ years AQ equipment maintenance experience; attach CVs and certificates.
- SANAS accreditation or access to a SANAS-accredited lab for calibrations; provide certificates.
- Tax compliance status and CSD registration; CIDB grading if applicable; complete and sign all mandatory forms (MBDs) and signatory resolutions; joint venture documentation if applicable.
- Mandatory attachments: proof of payment, full CSD report, CIDB certificate (where applicable), and other documents listed in the tender package. (Final document Air Quality.pdf)

#### How to Apply
