## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a Quantity Surveyor to provide professional QS and project cost management services for the refurbishment of the N&R Building.** The South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) issues a RFQ to suitably qualified QS professionals registered with SACQSP, willing to supply COIDA good standing, CSD registration, BBBEE documentation, and GCC-compliant services.

#### Requirements
- Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA). 
- Certified QS qualifications (BSc QS, BQS, or SACQSP-recognised equivalent).
- Valid SACQSP Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) registration for the proposed QS.
- Compliance with SABS terms and conditions, confidentiality (NDA), GCC, and submission of:
  - CSD registration report
  - BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
  - SBD 4 Bid Disclosure
  - SBD 6.1 Preference Points claim form
  - Non-disclosure agreement

Functionality will be evaluated (minimum 70%) with criteria on company track record, QS experience, and project plan.
