- Mandatory Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; if no TCS, provide CSD number; separate TCS PINs for consortia.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN and POPIA compliance; submit required SARS/CSD documents and pricing schedules (SBDs 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 7.2) as part of returnables.
- Bid response must be on official forms; two original hard copies plus electronic copy; no retyping.
