#### Overview
**Procurement of a Recruitment Agency to facilitate and manage the SAFCOL Business Development Analyst Talent Acquisition process.** Open to Recruitment Agencies with proven end-to-end talent acquisition capability, specifically for Business Development Analyst roles; must meet SANAS-accredited BBBEE (or EME/QSE sworn affidavit), tax clearance, and CSD requirements, and be able to source, vet, interview, and negotiate remuneration. #### Requirements
- Demonstrated management-level talent acquisition experience; provide reference letters with details.  
- Ability to source, present CVs, liaise with stakeholders, facilitate interviews, conduct references/vetting, negotiate remuneration.  
- Project Leader must have TA experience; include comprehensive CV and at least three referees.  
- Returnable documents: fully completed RFQ, official quotation on letterhead, latest Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD (or MA A number), and IDs of company directors.
