#### Requirements
- Demonstrate senior-management talent acquisition experience and provide signed reference letters.
- Complete the RFQ document on company letterhead and email responses to RFQHighveld@safcol.co.za (RFQHR/325/2026) with the RFQ number in the subject.
- Submit latest Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate (SANAS-accredited) or EME/QSE sworn affidavit, CSD (or MAaa) registration, and ID copies of company directors.
- Provide a detailed project leader CV and at least three references for the project lead; supply longlist/shortlist CVs and related documentation.
- Quotations must express pricing as a percentage of the annual TGP (R1,926,581) and be VAT inclusive.
- Sign all SBD documents; ensure compliance with governing procurement rules and conditions (e.g., no pre-delivery without an official PO).
