## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ for a Recruitment Agency to facilitate and manage SAFCOL's GM: SHEQ talent acquisition process.** This invitation targets recruitment agencies with proven experience in sourcing and placing executive-level roles, including Sourcing, CV vetting, interview facilitation, reference checks, and remuneration negotiations for a GM: SHEQ.

#### Requirements
- Fully complete the RFQ, with quotations on company letterhead.  
- Submit by email to RFQHighveld@safcol.co.za, using the RFQ number in the subject (RFQHR/982/2026).  
- Returnable documents: Latest Tax Clearance, Latest BBBEE certificate (SANAS) or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE, CSD or MAAA number, ID copies of company directors, and fully completed SBD forms.  
- Demonstrate experience in Talent Acquisition for GM: SHEQ roles and related vetting.  
- Prices must be firm and VAT inclusive, quoted as a percentage of the annual TGP (R1,565,347).  
- Accept SAFCOL’s terms: no goods/services before an official PO; lower offers not guaranteed; 60-day RFQ validity.  
- Compliance: SANAS BBBEE or sworn affidavit, tax compliance, and non-disqualifying status in terms of disqualification criteria.  
- The service provider’s performance will be monitored; non-performance may lead to termination.  
- Special conditions include protection of personal data, and that SAFCOL may elect not to appoint any bidder.
