**This RFQ seeks to appoint a recruitment agency to facilitate and manage the SAFCOL Group Manager: OD & TM Talent Acquisition process.** Eligible bidders are reputable recruitment agencies with demonstrable senior-management talent acquisition experience, capable of sourcing, vetting, and presenting Group Manager: OD & TM candidates and coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities (CV sourcing, interviews, reference checks, salary negotiation).

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in senior-management talent acquisition; attach reference letters showing placements and durations.
- Detailed CV for the Project Leader, plus three (3) referees and evidence of relevant governance/expertise.
- Compliance documents: Latest Tax Clearance; SANAS-accredited BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE; CSD registration (or MA_AA number); ID copies of company directors; company registration documents; signed SBD forms.
- Pricing: quote as a percentage of the annual TGP (R1 506 800) and ensure VAT inclusivity.
- Additional: evidence of ability to source, vet, reference-check, negotiate remuneration, and manage the entire process; readiness for long/shortlist presentation and onboarding logistics.
- Disqualification risks include: non-compliant tax status; fraudulent or misleading information; blacklisting; failure to meet specs.
