#### Requirements
- Open to recruitment agencies with proven Talent Acquisition experience at management level; provide reference letters.
- SARS tax clearance and compliant status; rectify within 7 working days if needed.
- SANAS-accredited BBBEE certificate or sworn EME/QSE affidavit.
- CSD registration (or register within 7 working days of award).
- Company registration documents and IDs of company directors.
- Returnable documents: fully completed RFQ, quotation on letterhead, signed SBD forms, latest tax clearance, BBBEE certificate, CSD report or MAAA number, and director IDs.
- Pricing must be VAT inclusive and expressed as a percentage of the annual TGP (R878,280).
- Adhere to SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct and relevant GCC/SCC conditions.
- Evaluation readiness: demonstrate management-level talent acquisition experience (reference letters, CV of project leader).
