**Appointment of a registered waste service provider to collect, separate, transport and dispose of waste at SABS Groenkloof, Pretoria & NEFTA site for a period of 3 months.** Bidders should be suitably qualified waste-management providers with relevant licenses, registrations and compliance (CSD, BBBEE, SBD forms) and be able to deliver the specified waste-collection and disposal services.

- Waste Permit – NEMA Section 20 (3rd party allowed)
- COIDA registration (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act)
- Legal liability insurance (R5 million)
- CSD registration report
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure Form
- SBD 6.1 Preference Points claim form
- Quotation validity of 120 days (with possible 60-day extension)
