## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a registered waste service provider for the collection, separation, transportation & proper disposal of waste at SABS Groenkloof, Pretoria & NEFTA site for a period of 3 months.** This RFQ targets qualified waste management contractors with appropriate licences (City transporter licences for Tshwane, Ekurhuleni, Johannesburg) and permits, COIDA coverage, and R5 million liability insurance. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, plus SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms. Pricing is to be supplied in the required schedule (see RFQ).

#### Requirements
- City waste transporter licences (Tshwane, Ekurhuleni, Johannesburg) and NEMA Section 20 Waste Permit (may be held by a 3rd party).
- COIDA registration (Department of Labour) and R5 million liability insurance.
- CSD registration report; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference points claim form).
- Quotations must be on company letterhead; pricing must be all inclusive of VAT; bid validity 120 days.
- Preference points: 80/20 (price vs. specific goals) with potential 20 points for targeted goals; bidders must provide evidence.
