**APPOINTMENT OF A REPUTABLE B-BBEE SPECIALIST CONSULTANT TO ASSIST THE MICT SETA WITH B-BBEE COMPLIANCE AND IMPROVING THE MICT SETA’S SCORECARD.** The MICT SETA seeks a qualified consultant to provide a diagnostic assessment, B-BBEE strategy and scorecard monitoring, implementation advisory, and training/verification readiness over a 12-month period, to improve its B-BBEE scorecard. Submissions are due 03 November 2026 at 11:00 (electronic to rfqs@mict.org.za); no briefing session. The attached RFQ document (RFQ/MICT/82/2026 -Provision of B-BBEE.pdf) includes Annexure A terms of reference and the pricing schedule.

#### Requirements
- 5+ years in B-BBEE advisory, compliance management and scorecard modelling. 
- Project Manager: recognised NQF 7+ qualification (LLB, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Management, HR, SCM).
- Project Lead (Legal Expert): relevant qualification and 5+ years B-BBEE experience.
- Minimum of three (3) reference letters from different clients (last five years).
- CVs/profiles for key team; clear Project Manager and Project Lead roles.
- Detailed methodology and implementation plan with milestones; training plan.
- Returnable documents: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Tax clearance, CSD registration, certified IDs, CIPC documents, shareholding certificate, Form A.
- Pricing schedule and 90-day validity; contract duration 12 months; VAT 15%. (RFQ documents)
