This RFQ seeks a consultancy to provide high-level advisory services on sanitation to Agrément South Africa’s Technical Executive Committee. Bidders should have relevant sanitation expertise and overall capability to advise at executive/standards-organization level.

#### Requirements
- 80/20 preference point system applies ( Rand value up to R50 million).  
- Maximum points: **Price 80** and **Specific Goals 20** (SMMEs 10; >50% Black female ownership 5; >50% Black youth ownership 5).  
- Tenderers must provide documentary proof to claim specific-goal points; failure to do so means those points are not claimed.  
- The organ of state may require substantiation of any preference claims at any time.  
- Completion and submission of the **SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form** is required as part of the tender (see attached form: “SBD 6.1 IN TERMS OF PPR2022 .pdf”).
