## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a security service provider to render guarding services at Westridge Shopping Centre & Lentegeur Shopping Centre, Mitchells Plain, Western Cape, for a period of twenty-four (24) months.** Open to South African security providers with PSIRA registration (company and directors), COIDA, NBCPSS, tax/compliance, CSD, and B-BBEE as applicable, with experience in guarding at shopping centres and adherence to wage and labour standards.

#### Requirements
- PSIRA registration and good standing (company and directors; minimum director grade B).
- COIDA registration and good standing.
- National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector (NBCPSS) compliance; ensure wage compliance and PSSPF membership.
- Tax compliance (TCS PIN) and SARS status; CSD registration; CIPC registration with director IDs.
- B-BBEE certificate (SANAS) or approved sworn affidavit with templates as applicable.
- Proof of a functional Control Room within 60 km of Mitchells Plain (utility bill, lease, title deed or council confirmation).
- Evidence of ten (10) security officers (Grade C PSIRA) deployed at the two centres, with valid PSIRA certificates for officers.
- Valid COIDA certificate of good standing.
- Public liability insurance of at least R2,000,000.
- Complete SBD templates (SBD 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1), pricing schedule, and Appendix 1; attach Annexures A–E; bind documents.
- Staff must be South African citizens; Sedfa may verify citizenship.
- All procurement to be conducted by Sedfa SCM; compliance with FICA and KYC requirements.
