#### Requirements

- Certified company registration and directors’ IDs; proof of municipal rates/taxes or lease with lessor’s rates/taxes. 
- For JV/consortia: detailed agreement and separate returnables from each party. 
- Returnable documents as per bid conditions, including POPI-compliant handling and non-disclosure. 
- Not in service of the state; complete MBD forms (MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1) as applicable. 
- No bids from foreign entities unless proper pre-qualification applies; COIDA/other statutory docs as required.
