## Summary

**Procurement of 15 x 32 GB Amazon Kindle Tablets for E-books, 15 tablet covers, and 15 x 12-month Amazon Kindle subscriptions to be delivered to the SIU under a 12-month subscription arrangement.** Suitable bidders are IT hardware suppliers and e-book licensing providers with capacity to supply, deliver to Meyers Park (Pretoria), and provide required compliance documentation (CSD, tax, BBBEE).

#### Requirements
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliant.  
- Provide SARS PIN and CSD tax compliance status.  
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for 80/20 evaluation).  
- Fully completed RFQ including SBD4 and SBD6.1.  
- ID copies of company directors, CIPC registration, VAT (if applicable).  
- Confirm delivery in accordance with the Scope of Work.
