**ARC seeks expressions of interest from service providers to formulate, manufacture, test and commercialise a Beauveria bassiana–based fungal product for the biological control of Bathycoelia distincta (two-spotted stinkbug) in macadamia.** Bidders should have relevant experience in mass production, formulation, testing, registration and commercialization of biological control products.

#### Requirements
- Administrative qualifications: valid SARS Tax PIN; current Central Supplier Database (CSD) report; complete and sign all Standard Bidding Documents.
- Mandatory qualifications: company registration with CIPC; international bidders must be registered with CIPC and compliant with South African laws; provide a list of formulated biological control products produced; complete the EOI form (attached).
- Evaluation: phased assessment (administrative, mandatory, functionality and presentation) with minimum thresholds to progress; detailed scoring criteria and proof of capabilities required (CVs, references, project leadership, team expertise).
