#### Requirements
- Experience delivering detailed precinct/ spatial planning for municipalities; strong GIS and land-use planning capabilities
- Compliance with GCC (July 2010) and ability to sign contract forms; provide performance/security as required
- Submission of mandatory forms: SBD 1, SBD 3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4 (Bid Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), plus tax clearance and VAT details; original tax clearance certificate
