#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider/consultant to provide technical support to the Department and monitor Integrated Public Transport Networks (IPTN) in Cluster A municipalities (Cape Town, George and Nelson Mandela Bay) for 36 months.** Bidders with expertise in IPTN/transport planning, program management, organizational design, change management and DPSA-aligned workforce practices should consider bidding; Open-Tender issued by Transport.

#### Requirements
- Compliance with the TOR and the accompanying Annexure D templates (Company Experience, Proposed Team, Past Experience) as per Annexure D1–D3. (See Annexure D.template.compliance with tor plus company and team exp.xlsx)
- Complete and submit Annexure D in both paper and protected electronic formats; sign all paper copies.
- Complete and submit Annexure B (Pricing Schedule) in the Pricing template IPTN.xlsx, including B-Summary, B1 (Daily rates optional) and B2 (Deliverables) in paper and electronic formats.
- Include valid Tax Clearance Certificate; updated CSD report; SBD 1; SBD 6.1; BBBEE certification as applicable.
- Provide evidence of DPSA-aligned organisational structure and related governance/risk plans as specified in the TOR.
- Attach certified copies of qualifications for proposed team members (Annexure D2).
