#### Requirements
- Be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) as a service provider.
- Be registered on the eThekwini Municipality supplier database (via ethekwinivendor) and ESP submission system.
- Provide Tax Compliance Status PIN or valid Tax Clearance; VAT status as applicable.
- Complete and submit returnable forms: MBD 4, MBD 5 (where applicable), MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, Official Tender Form; Authority of Signatory; Joint Venture agreement if applicable.
- Declare municipal fees status (or signed acknowledgement of debt) and provide relevant account numbers.
- Sign and comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements (Section 37.2 OHS Agreement).
- Submit required returnable schedules: Schedule of Experience, Approach & Methodology, Disbursement Schedule, Financial Capability.
- A tender may involve multiple sub-contractors; specify scope and sub-contractors if applicable.
- Meet delivery/implementation capability and any specified minimum functionality criteria.
