**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR A NATIONAL EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAMME (EWP) AND ADHOC OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH (OH) SERVICES FOR PRASA, 36 MONTHS.** The RFP targets providers with national EWP and OH capabilities (counselling, wellness programs, training, and related OH services) and requires registration, compliance, and delivery at scale (see Master RFP EWP 14072026.pdf).

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD number or SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN. 
- Must be tax compliant with SARS and provide TCS PIN or related proof; include separate party proofs if in a consortium.
- Attend the compulsory briefing (24 July 2026, 10:00, Umjantshi House, Braamfontein); Certificate of Attendance required (Form D Annexure 1).
- Proposals submitted in two sealed envelopes: Volume 1 – technical/compliance; Volume 2 – financial (pricing + BBBEE) (per Instructions for Respondents).
- Complete and submit all returnables (Forms A–G, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and the Pricing Schedule (Annexure 2.1); Draft Contract (Annexure 4) will be negotiated.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with PRASA’s legal/compliance and confidentiality requirements (including NDA).
