**Procurement of a service provider to assist Lesedi Local Municipality in compiling the Municipal Human Settlement/Housing Sector Plan.** The bid targets consultants with urban planning, housing policy and municipal planning expertise who can navigate national procurement rules (PPPFA 2022) and related evaluation criteria.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database and provide a full CSD report.

- Compulsory documents include municipal accounts for the bidder and directors (or valid lease/rental agreements) and copies of IDs, company registration, and CSD full report.  
- For bids over R10 million, provide audited financial statements for the past three years.  
- Bid evaluation includes an 80/20 price vs. specific goals weighting, with a minimum 70 points for functionality (see Specific Goals table: Youth, Woman, Disabled, Black, Sedibeng District, Gauteng Province).  
- Bid validity: 90 days.
