## Summary

#### Overview
**ATNS intends to appoint a service provider to deliver ISO 22301–based Business Continuity Management (BCM) training and certification to its staff.** The provider must be accredited to deliver BCM training and issue ISO 22301 certificates, supply all training materials, and conduct assessments for a group of 10 delegates. Submissions are online via the e-Submission (e-Tender) system (see VOLUME~1.PDF); closing is 12 August 2026 at 11:00 CAT. A briefing venue is provided at South Boulevard Road, Bruma, Bedfordview, 2198 (briefing address). The proposal remains valid for 60 days.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory registration proof with SANAS/SETA/QCTO or equivalent.  
- Accreditation to provide ISO 22301 BCM training and certification; ability to conduct lead-implementer assessments and issue certificates.  
- Demonstrable BCM/ISO 22301 training experience with reference letters (past 5 years).  
- Methodology document addressing six elements: BCM methodology, ISO 22301 framework, BIA/risk assessment, delivery, assessments, certification timelines (must reflect 10 delegates).  
- Lead facilitator with ≥5 years BCM training experience; full CVs for all training personnel.  
- Training materials: participant manuals, presentations, exercises, assessments, and copies of resources.  
- Training venue: ATNS provides the venue; final venue to be confirmed (Option 1 or 2); price must include all costs except venue hire.  
- Compliance docs: SARS PIN/TCS, CSD registration proof, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, ID copies, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.  
- POPIA/Confidentiality, GCC terms, and contract conditions apply (including retention and indemnities).  
- Minimum threshold: 70 points (Company Experience, Methodology, Facilitator).  
- Specific goals for preferential points: 51% Black Owned and 30% Black Woman Owned (with required proof).
