#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider for comprehensive Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services for a period of three (3) years.** Siyathemba Local Municipality seeks an ICT partner to deliver end-to-end ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, licensing and collaboration tools, website management, CI/marketing design, advisory training, and Smart Council Chamber solutions. Bidders should have municipal ICT experience and be able to meet the scope of services, including Microsoft 365 administration and digital presence. Mandatory briefing 10 July 2026 at the Municipal Building, Prieska; closing 24 July 2026 at 12:00. The process uses an 80/20 preferential points system with specific goals (locality, youth, B-BBEE).

#### Requirements
- Tax clearance and SARSPIN or TCS PIN; CSD registration; proof attached.  
- OEM certifications relevant to proposed solutions (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Dell).  
- Municipal rates/taxes documentation in the name of the company (not older than 3 months).  
- Identity documents for company directors; company registration (CIPC CK) documents.  
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SANAS-accredited where applicable.  
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof.  
- Minimum of three written reference letters from municipal/public sector ICT projects in last 5 years.  
- Compliance with MFMA, SCM policies; GCC/SCC apply; functionality minimum 70 points.  
- Completion of fully handwritten MBD forms; no affidavits for critical returns.  
- Submission of complete pricing schedules and rate cards (5.5/5.6 to be provided as attachments).
